Standard shipping for clothes and accesories is free in NZ!
- Surfboards are $60 freight, to anywhere in NZ
- Orders under $50 will be charged a $5 'low order fee' to account for handling.
- Oversease freight is available and rates are calculated by weight.
- International shipping is available to most countries. We can not guarantee delays or problems caused by customs/handling. Shipping overseas generally varies from a 3-5 days to a few weeks depending on location. We reserve the right to request extra shipping charge if freight companies charges increase. If extra insurance is required, prices will vary.
Special pick ups in store locations can be arranged (Auckland, New Plymouth, Gisborne and Napier only). If you want to do this, please select bank transfer when paying and contact us with the other details.
Returns Policy
Products purchased on this site can be returned, subject to the following conditions.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
• All products purchased on this site can be returned if damaged or faulty for a replacement product (second hand items may have some wear and tear from use but be in a reasonable working order)..
• These items must be returned via our Internet Support Centre. Please email us at sales@newwave.co.nz and provide your order number and the details of the title/s concerned.
Changed your mind?
• You are welcome to return the goods within 30 days and we will gladly credit you to the value of your order. We do not refund but you are welcome to choose other product from any of our stores.
• The cost of returning a product you no longer want (within 30 days) is your responsibility.
